Hi Mia!

Great work....I'm so happy for you! I feel like a new person as well. I'm not sure what happened to me here at MWO, but I'm at day 39! I never would have believed this. I never want to drink again.
I just started telling people that I don't drink and the words come so naturally to me now. Not like when I started, I was so scared and embarrassed. You know after the detox I will never go back and put my body through that again. Sleepless nights, bad dreams, etc.
I'm finally starting to drop the weight. 5 lbs. since I started. It's not a lot, but the scale is going the OTHER way, and that works for me.
I'm sleeping like a baby too. I missed so much of my life. I'm going to be selfish now, and keep the good times going AL free!
Stay away from me AL, or I'll knock your block off....:bat:...
