I posted that I drink a 12 pack of beer a day since I've been retired ( early 55) I like red wine and sometimes drink it , no more than 3 wine glasses. would it be better to drink 2 or 3 glasses a night than a 12 pack of beer? I really want to taper off . Thanks all!:thanks:
