Hypnotherapy CDs

Hi all

I have received the MWO book and supplements in the mail, got the script for Campral but am wondering if I should also use the MWO hypno CDs? I have an open mind about hypnotherapy - used it to quit smoking - but would like to hear from those who have used them to hear of their experience with them.
