Barbara, thanks for that link. I'm taking 1000m, 3 times a day. Have not had any cravings - amazed! I really hope this is it. Only one thing, can it make you tired? Also Barbara, the CDs are very relaxing - but because I started supplements, CDs and L-Glut at same time, I can't tell what is working, but quite frankly I don't care. Something in that combination has got me to Day 5 and I am happy. Thank you for your constant support.
Sarahjane, yes I feel good. I have decided to come back tomorrow and join you Pinksters for August. Lost my way for a while, as you know, and thanks for popping in to see me. I can feel your enthusiasm and want for change. I see you're on Day 3 now - we'll do it this time!
Queenbug, Day 1 is what it is! Being here and staying positive that it will be your last day one is whats important. Always believe you will get there. You, like myself, will have learned a little bit more about yourself and what you need to change to make this time work. Gunning for you! We'll do it together.

Hy Daisy...thanks for that...you sound good!
Day 2 done and dusted...need to get more L-Glut as I've had tablets and devoured them...just ordered some powder on-line. Also just ordered the downloadable MWO book...was lent the book a few years ago but wasn't ready...am also looking into Women for Sobriety...
I like the sound of the CDs but will have to wait some time for funds for those!!..
Am also thinking of trying to join the Pinksters...but not sure I'm confident enough for the gym yet (even though I joined a while ago!!)
Feel quite positive and much better informed now...am gearing up for my 10 day mojo!
      Have a good Monday x
      ...peace and quiet....and a cup of tea.....heaven:h

Hi Queenbug. I would urge you to check out the Pinksters. Once you're there you feel kind of obliged to stick to your exercise plans. But if you dont, you dont, no-ones gonna beat you up over it. They are just a very positive bunch who keep each other going. I think you'd enjoy it and you would be an added bonus! Go on - give it a go!
P.S Noticed on 30 Days thread - date???

          Daisy,

Nothing in the L-Glut or the supplements will make you tired. If you are tired, it's because you are detoxing. I think I told you I was draggin' butt for 7 weeks, doesn't mean you will too. I'm finally just getting my energy back enough to start back with my regular exercise. Exercise I could pound out while I was drinking, so I was very upset that I couldn't do it.
It's ok, I wouldn't trade anything for my AF days. I just accepted that I can't have everything.
Now I'm back to the early days of building myself back up to be able to do my advanced exercise and it's going to take a few weeks, if not a month.
The combination of everything is working. Just keep it up and before you know it, you'll have 30 days. Keep up the high doses of L-Glut because you don't want to fall into the sugar trap like I did. It didn't last long. I no longer have them. I'm going up to 5 grams of L-Glut this week.
Queen, and everyone else, please come and join us on our Pinkster thread. You don't have to do anything except want to be there and everyone is very encouraging. Before you know it with this group, you'll be at the gym just because.....you will want to.

          See you guys over there.............Barb.

Hunni, don't be afraid of failing, it's part of learning. All you can do is try you hardest on what you want and believe in. If you keep trying you never fail. Glad you're starting again but one thing you need to do is go easier on yourself when things go tits up!
            Good luck!
