More AF days. Have been having craving this week Missing the taste. Maybe it is just the 60 day thing I don't know. I will not drink as I never want to go back to day one!!

As I have said in previous posts the physical side is the easy part. I am finding the mental part of giving up the booze the biggest challenge!

I have accepted these now and just put them aside and move on.

You will have to expect cravings and urges to sneak at you at the most unexpected times,that is what this monster does,it lies there dormant but forever looking out for some weakness or stressful time you are going through,But the good news is the more alcohol free time you have the less these cravings etc come by.I pasted a post into the monthly tool box re cravings,check it out. all the best mia you are doing great and its a pleasure to read your progress :-)
