Did the program about a year ago, worked well, went back to old ways and now am back again...really do not like the way topamax feels, the tingling. have a script for campral - wondering if anyone has any suggestions on its use? should i try it with the cd's. i need to whip this stuff once an for all. thank you.

Welcome back. I'm not taking any of the meds, so I'm not help to you on that. Are you taking any L-Glut or Kudzu? I don't have the CDs, but a lot of people swear by them. You need to have some plan in place about how you're going to do this. There is a specific forum all about the prescription meds if you haven't already been there yet.
