Sober September Challenge!!!
Evening all,
It has been very quiet on here today....hope you are all having a great day
boozer hope you are enjoying the party, I love going to places and people watch cause you can slowly see people act differently as the night goes on and the more drink they have and think god that use to be me.....lol
Well my day has been good, it did seem a bit weird though as usually at about 4pm I am usually sitting with a drink in my hand but NOT today and I feel really good about myself.
LETS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PEEPS :dancin: enguin:

Sober September Challenge!!!
Hi everybody!!!
My Day 5 is complete
This time my way out from AL is very hard because of my physical illnesses..
This morning i did my yoga for 1 hour and my spine is feeling better..my sinusitis is getting better too without antibiotics - just anti-inflamation medicine, tea, c-vitamin, sea water spray, a lot of water..
After very depressive 4 days i decided to wear today dress and high heals as a part of healing and for me it works
On the 4th day my dearest friend and fiance drunk..we influence each other even if we' re not physically together like at the moment..i tried very hard and survived and gave him right words on skype to stop and go forward..i'm very happy about it because he' s having business trip and have to be with clear head.
I like my night dreams when i'm sober and to analyze next day..
Wish you all fresh start of the week!!!The time for action is now. It's never too late to do something.

Hi Everyone! Just checking in I love the list. I haven't been to the tool box in ages but it is how I found my way out for sure. I don't know how to put up the link to it... This sight is amazing! I hope everyone is doing OK? Check in if you feel like it just to say hello. :h

Sober September Challenge!!!
Hope September is going well for everyone so far, I am having very pleasant AF day. It is very hot today in my neck of the woods and have done all my chores (groceries, errands, picked up new book to read) and am now relaxing and keeping cool in the basement. I can really appreciate how much I am able to get done now, my house and myself were literally falling apart!
Thanks to everyone for their support, I send mine out into the ether as well. Together, we can do this and turn our backs on AL.
I was given the AA blue book by a friend who was in OA and so far very interesting. The stories are a bit dated but the problem with AL seems to be timeless. That does make me feel better and less alone, (as all of you do too) and I guess less weak for having this problem. I know I am not weak for drinking so long and so much, and am so much stronger now for saying no now.
Enjoy your Sunday! I will, a lot because today I am 29 days AF. Yay!

Sober September Challenge!!!
Hello September gang.
I hope it's not too late to join for September -- I have been struggling lately (still). Anyway, I'm completing my first day sober today and feeling discouraged. I just wish this thing would be over and I wouldn't care for AL anymore. What an awful disease.
Anyway, I'm here and hoping to string 90 days together AF. That's my new goal. Hope everyone is looking forward to a sober Monday and labor Day in the US tomorrow.
