    Back again!

Hi Again All, I'm back to try again. Day 2 today and I'm going to put a plan together over the next day or so and check in and post here often. I find that posting my own experiences and encouraging others helps a lot.
Allen Carr's book is due to arrive in the next day or so and I thought I would give that a go as the smoking version worked a treat when I read it for the second time about 5 months ago.
I might success or or might not but I've got to be in it to win it.

      Back again!

I loved Allen Carrs books! When we finally realize that the ADDICTION is what keeps us doing it ... really it boils down to nothing but the addiction .... we stop being so anxious about quitting! When we get in trouble is when we are down the road a distance from the "addiction" ... and we forget how addicting one drink, one smoke is!!! That's why we must stay on top of it!!

Congrats on the quitting smoking. I'm convinced that cigs are harder than ANYTHING to quit ... so you CAN do this too!

Set your expectations on the WIN!!
Put your hands over your heart - and tell yourself that you are going to guard this essence of who you are with everything. Alcohol opens us up to darkness and depression instantly. You choose love today. Guard it by keeping the poison out of your body. It IS poison.

        Back again!

I've been down the road a distance before and have lost my quits. Not this time. I should probably try to get my hands on those books. I want to have all tools ready when the addiction voice comes whispering sweet nothings....
