    resisting the cravings

Found myself thinking about stopping by a local cafe to have a glass of wine (yeah, right, only one...) on my way home from work. Instead, went home and listened to the abstinence CD. By the time the tape was over, the cravings had subsided. Just wanted to share this tool in case anyone is wondering if it is worth purchasing the set. I figured the nights I did not drink paid for the tapes several times over.
