Health store button is at the top of the page, they have stuff you can buy in there and there's a thread just about meds on here too..... get outside, fresh air is like a tonic.....even if its just a walk round the corner and back. Dont think like that, you wont die...you've taken a big step by coming here, theres lots of people better than me on here who can offer support...but ill chat anytime. Sounds like you need a good hug and some tlc to me. Reading the posts in various forums was helpful to me.....made me realise there were people worse than me who managed to quit. also opened my eyes to where id end up if i didnt stop. Do you have kids? friends? close family? You seem alone

i suffer from anxiety too.... i know what thats like!!!! Really, walking helps with that too....faster the better! Its shit ur alone....lonliness is the worst! I dont have probs sleeping though so dont know what to suggest....I post in another forum here and theres several people who suffer sleep probs, maybe they cud help. Im not very good at helping im sorry
