2 sleepless nights after binge drinking kills me..last night i think i drunk 5 l of water and went to the toilet 50 times,sorry
Now on my Day 1 and wish to achieve more.

Mollyka! I' m very afraid of Christmas time too..
But the first public dangerous event for me will be November 25 - it' s a opening of my friend, my boyfriends relative - artist' s exibition...I love to be in this enviroment and there are lots of wine...
But TODAY is November 16, so i' ll not worry about it...
I' ll not drink today, november 16!!!!

Well, day 1 here again. Nothing to say except i know the drill. No excuses. The positive for me out of this though is that today i am back on the horse, with a desire to live my life sober again. Will check in in a day or so.

Keep on going G....there is something about your posts and this thread in particular that really have an impact on me, as well as others. Where there's a will, there's a way and there is plenty of will here!

I did think about having some wine after a stressful conference call this afternoon. I had the luxury of working from home today, had just finished my call and it was around 5:00 and that old association started kicking in....but only for a few minutes. Somehow I was able to forget about it and move on to something else. One crisis averted but I can't let my guard down.
