Well done everyone - we're getting there. Finished day 2 myself and starting to feel a bit like myself again. Takes longer each time I drink which is why I intend to stay AF - this one is going to stick!
Crocus, not sure what I think about what your therapist said; even if she and you recognise that you have emotional triggers, I feel that you need to have a positive attitude when going AF. I felt that maybe her words gave you an expectation of yourself to fail.....how do you feel about it? Maybe what you want to do now is try to find some tools to deal with emotional stuff just to make sure alcohol doesn't find it's way back in......
