    last call porgram

Hi. I am new and was wonder anyone has heard of this program. I havent drank in two days. Would not consider myself an alcoholic but definately a binge drinker. Havent had a drink in two days and plan to not drink for the next 30 days. I started drinking 15 years ago to deal with chronic pain. It has escalated. Its weird though as sometimes I can go out, have a few drinks and be fine while other times I make a total fool of myself. These supplements were pricey but you only take for 8 weeks and they are supposed to change the chemical processes in your brain. I know I need a support base though which is why I am here. My goal is to be able to drink socially when in social situations. Right now my husband has had it with me as I drank all weekend and made a fool of myself. Help!!:new:

I saw this on another forum and checked out their website. Their supplements contain kudzu extract, which you can purchase from this website. If you do a search for kudzu in this forum you will be able to see whether anyone has had good results.

Hi Josies. Alcohol caused me a ton of problems too - including in my marriage. Question. Since alcohol has been causing you problems, why do you want to keep drinking it?

I understand though, because crazy as it sounds, I did too. I can't though. The unpredictability that you describe is the heart of the problem. Sometimes it's OK, and other times it's a disaster.

I am very very happy that I just don't drink anymore. Takes all the risk out of it for me. My life has never been better.

        Hey Josies

I agree with DG-if alcohol is so detrimental,
as it clearly is then why drink it?
It seems that it's common to continue to try to
"moderate" , which I've now come to regard
as simply the road to recognizing it's time to
        just STOP.
People without alcohol problems/addiction do not
spend time thinking about alcohol. Planning, dreading, regretting
        etc. They just don't.
Good luck in finding the way that works for you.
I'm at day 26 AF and NF and couldn't be happier.
