well, I can see that today is not going to be day 1 for me...but I have taken a Naltrexone so the glass of wine I intend to have with my turkey dinner at least won't send me to lala land.
This is just a bad time....too hard...and I want to wait until maybe after New Years to start. If I can keep it to one glass with dinner I'll be ok....feel a bit bad about this but hey, I'm human. And I trust Naltrexone! See ya all after New Years. Hope the rest of you are doing better than I am!!:upset::upset:
