Good morning guys!
I just noticed a huge mistake I made when I posted my date yesterday - I was thinking to myself "Day 7" and meant to type 1/1/12 but I typed 1/7/12. Didn't even notice until this morning when I saw all these posts with my date as 1/7!!! Oops!
So I'm starting Day 8 today and am really thinking of my plan for the week. This week I'm starting on the exercise band wagon. At lunch yesterday I had a long conversation with one of my friend's husband who's a bike (as in bicycle) racer. He rides 2-3 hours a day. I was thinking to myself he's probably addicted to the endorphins he gets from that, and I thought I'd much rather have that addiction than the one I'm currently dealing with! So I decided I'm going to start doing something for aerobic each day for an hour and see how it goes - my goal with be 5 days a week at first.
