Hi there this is my first time here after a bad festive season finally admitted i had a problem took the plunge and decided to quit. I attended an AA meeting and found it very encouraging, i then found this site and couldnt believe how many storys i could relate to. Ive been AF now for 6 days and am feeling stronger than ever it can be :new: done.

I have only joined recently too......actually yesterday. How did you find the AA meeting? Was it scary?

Hi Trish i found the AA meeting a little strange but there was no pressure and the people were really friendly
think i may go once a week. Let me know how you get on.
