I am meeting my friends for dinner .
I have no desire to drink. however, this time I'm going to arm myself like a ninja against my al brain. Because I know it's sitting quietly in there smiling and waiting patiently and when I least expect it to, it will pounce until suddenly I have the 'fuck it's.'
My ammunition for tonight is to :
Take a nap before meeting my friends.
Eat a healthy dinner.
Order a delicious tea or cappuccino instead of poison.
And lastly I will remember the feeling I had last Saturday morning when I awoke hungover, shaking and depressed and I will be grateful for my 5 days sober :H
