We all have stories very similar to yours, but I have to to agree with what everyone has said, you have really found a fabulous place here.

I don't use topamax or campral, but have gradually gone from 3 bottles of red wine every day, down to one then I'm now on my 10th day AF.

A huge well done for your achievements so far ..............:goodjob:

I'm down from 2-3 bottles to runs of several days AF , then only 2 - 3 glasses. We are doing so well.
