    I'm on day six of being AF

    sounds like your doing great and i like the way your think mtnest, so here are five things that are good when i dont drink

    I dont wake up and wonder if i had a phone conversation that i dont remember
    i dont have a headache
    my shower is more enjoyable
    i enjoy my morning coffee
    i feel empowered
