Just came on board the my way out ship!

    :h :h

Recently, I read a book about Moderation Management and that led me to read My Way Out.

I am also doing the South Beach Diet, which requires no sugar, including alcohol, for two weeks.

So I will try to do 30 days sober and then moderate, if possible.

I am wary of taking a prescription medication but enthused about possible efffects of diet on cravings and health generally. so I got the All One Powder.

i also hope to get the hypnotherapy CDs.

Hope this works! Have been struggling with this for 14 years now!

Welcome Pamela sue....gosh girl...you're REALLY clearing out the cobwebs aren't you...
Way to go...this sounds like a really sensible way to approach things as diet and alcohol are intertwined very closely...keep it UP missus...you're going to feel like a million dollars, and the better you feel, the more incentive you'll have to carry on!
You've probably read this as you've been through your book, but just in case not, be aware that big changes in the diet can have you feeling like a barrel of crap for a while as the body rids itself of all those nasty, nasty toxins...but this is also a sort of positive...the more you ache, and the more spots you can count on your face...the better you're doing LOL....Good going PS the melon
