hard to navigate/suboxone

i would like to participate more in these forums - but it just seems hard for me! i do appreciate all the posts from all of those i can read.
GOD BLESS ALL of US - seeking a better and more healthful life.
for those of us suffering from chronic depression - i would recommend checking into suboxone. although for mainly drug related illness - it is also highly effective for chronic depression that keeps us drinking. i have a wonderful "addiction" psychiatrist who regonizes this - whether it is drugs or alcohol - it is all the same in how we self medicate.

Ute, why do you find the forums hard? is it a technological challenge or more depression related?
