I'm feeling so good, healthy and dare I say powerful, it's now been 18 days AF, and I credit the program, supps and cd's for helping me achieve this, and most importantly I credit all the people who contribute to this site, I have not posted often, but keep reading everyone elses for inspiration and they help me realise I'm not alone, thanks everyone! and wish me luck in continuing with how I'm going, I have the odd craving but so far so good have not given in!
