    I am an alcoholic !

    I love this and I'm joining. For the coming week I'm a non-drinker: by choice and not by force. A happy non drinker who prefers to fill time with constructive activities and healthy food choices.

      Had 10 weeks AF from 9-11-11 to 11-24-11


      AF since 2/20/12

      Goal no.1 - 1 week DONE !

      Goal no.2 - 2 weeks.

      Goal no.3 - 30 days.

      Gaol no.4 - 10 weeks .

        I am an alcoholic !

        We are non-drinkers and lovin' it! We spend our evenings doing things that stimulate our minds; not sitting around stupefied with glass in hand. One thing I noticed for me drinking and non-exercise go hand in hand. When sober I can get a work-out in even at 7:00 pm at night. That's because any time is a good time when I am not sloshed.

        Life is fantastic. I don't drink.

        I do this for my children, my grandchildren, my health, my peace of mind, and mostly for the opportunity to learn to live with my true, unfiltered, clear-headed, vulnerable self.

          I am loving this thread. I'm in! As someone else said I'm a great actor. Always acting not hungover when I am! Love this thinking.

          2 weeks - Sept 17, 2012
          Slip on the weekend but tried too moderate!
          AF - Sept 24, 2012 (get back on the headaches not worth it)
          Slippery slope Oct 1 ..... Trying to not give up!
