      I'm on day two of my current AF so it's early days, but last year I managed 5 weeks, during which time, a skin rash that had been with me for months, completely cleared up! Speaks volumes.

      And to Paula W, in my mind, having two glasses of wine and stopping is a far greater achievement than staying totally AF, so well done!!

        Thank you guys. Yes Paul mine also itched a lot, but would also run a lot. I used the excuse that I had allergies and that was why why eyes were red, itchy, and runny.

            LOL.....I remember someone long time ago I barely knew came up to me at work & said "my God your eyes are so bloodshot"....NOooooo~they couldn't say red but bloodshot in front of everyone. My answer: alergies! Then the never ending sinuses....
