This is my second serious attempt at going AF and one of my main struggles during the witching hour , or two!! Is what to drink instead of all the glasses of wine I was drinking? In my successful AF stretch previously I drank alcohol free beer which I found a reasonable substitute but I can no longer do this as I can no longer have gluten . I'm not a big fan of soft drinks (had ginger beer last night but made me feel a bit bloated and don't want to drink this every night). I already drink too much tea and I hate coffee
Can anyone help with suggestions?I can't really change my evening routine a lot because I have young children and spend most of the evenings the house on my own when theyre in bed as my husband works away a lot.
