            Slip on the weekend but tried too moderate!
            AF - Sept 24, 2012 (get back on the headaches not worth it)
            Slippery slope Oct 1 ..... Trying to not give up!

              Welcome Paul! This site got me on the road to finding my way out. I hope it works that way for you too! There are great people here - don't be shy about jumping onto some threads and posting and getting to know people. I also found it helpful to download the My Way Out book to start getting ideas for a sobriety plan.

                        Just want you all to know, there IS life after AL(alcohol), and it is indeed a waayyyyy better one than I ever had with AL
