Hi Petal, it is great that you are lining up your forces, to start the battle. Like Mollyka says, you can do this but you have to go all in. Day by day.
In regards to sleep, exercise has always been a great sleeping aid. Also, I take vitamin D and Omega Fatty Acid (fish oils), as supplements; somehow they seem to help my sleeping. Also, the bedtime routine is important; keeping the bedroom for sleeping and not TV, or doing work etc.

Hi Petal,
How are you (and hubby) doing? I use Melatonin to help me sleep when I need it. I've also found that listening to some sort of guided meditation or progressive muscle relaxation CD's help a lot...I usually find them at the library.
