Hello all, I mean this as words of encouragement, not smugness in any way. It is my day 30 AF tomorrow and i'm not saying it has been easy, I think maybe half way is hard because it's seems there is still such a long way to go. But I have never felt so clear headed, calm, confident and low level happy instead of either bouncing off the walls or low level depressed, i'm just saying keep trying it does get easier and it feels so good that I know I wont be reaching for the bottle on day 31.

Oh Sam, wonderful, congratulations on 30 days...As you say its not easy but I think if you have to work hard for something, somehow, you appreciate it all the more....
