I'm back AGAIN after having a great start with this programme and then lost my way big time over the last couple of weeks too. I know EXACTLY how you are feeling and reading your posts and all the supports helped me get inspired again and I know we can both do it!!!I too have loved the AF days and hungover-free mornings - although not this morning. Ouch.....keep in the fight and I will too....Niki
