i nearly wasn't going to put anything here but after reading a couple posts decided

Way to go Merry. I'm the end of day 4 and feeling pretty good. It's nice not to be hungover or out of control!

Day 11 and still going strong.

:new:So happy, havent felt this good in a very long time. 12 days tomorrow, am aiming for 100 so still a long way to go I know. It's a bit hard though when you love a drink, especially a glass of wine whilst preparing the evening meal and listening to some great music! It is made even more difficult when Hubby drinks and has no intention of stopping. :upset:

My tummy has already reduced in size -yay!

Just now reading this thread and wanted to say GOOD JOB to Merry, Over It and Scottish Lass. Don't you think it gets easier every day? I like the 100 Day goal too, as that was one of mine. I know you all can do it! If can, anybody can. Every day is a new day to become the person you know you can be and want to be. Go for it!!

Like the names Merry and Over It. Merry sounds so happy and Over It sounds so determined.

Windy - double digits today, yahoo! But as over it says, some times are harder than others.
Sometimes it feels as if it is getting easier then one of those dang thougts bites you and it is SO hard!
