Paula, Honeysoup and Cornczech - you are welcome to hangout with LillyE, a bunch of other folks restarting a go at being AF, and I on the April restarts thread. The more the merrier. :-). We get through this better with more support rather than less.That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

Managed to get through today af. Actually took my grandaughterto the cinema, and managed to not think about a drink for two hours. Just taking one hour at a time, can't look any further. Thanks for your replies it does help to know that I'm not alone. Good luck to you all..Comment
