Well Done Ronnie,You sound positive, wish I could say the same!!!! IF you can stay away from al at the weekends, try not to go to any social functions etc it will help!! It does with me,especially in the early days. Good Luck! After my sh............t day yesterday, and after almost 40 days, I BLEW it!!! So disapointed, had a few wines. One thing for sure, I DO need to take AB so am off to the Drs tdy. WHY?WHY? I need to get my head around this setback! Hey boozer, stay strong i must admit you did have a bad day honey, but jump straight back in the drivers seat, you can do this you have already proved that to yourself. Dont let one set back put you off just remember how good you felt being A/F.
We can do this together, i must admit i am dreading the weekend but it is my middle boys birthday tomorrow and there is no way i am going to spoil it.
Keep checking in so i know that you are ok xx

Ronnie..........Are you awake? Gees I forgot your wakeup call !!!! ( Just really busy actually, I am at work and its lunchtime 12.oo noon.) Just a short post am in a classroom full of screaming kids,they are all hungry! I swear....they would eat the crutch out of a low flying duck!! Is this your first weekend af? We need a plan, its important. Whats yours going to be? I have some af wine and beer,allways a good one.Will take it tonight to our dinner and then switch to dietcoke when the drinking begins and no one cares anyway. Good Luck and stay close

Ronnie, Just picked up some Schlossgold Non Alcoholic beer from Dans. Wandered around the shelves and shelves of of booze but silly as it seems, didn't have a craving,just weird!! I sometimes think by challenging the fear (and for me now drinking is a real fear as i know where it takes me!!} it is the old cognitive therapy in action!!! Although, you do need to be in the right frame of mind to apply it ! Good Luck to night,i am about to go out.

Goodaye Ronnie, Still around, had a really busy start to the day. Just got a few minutes before the meetings ( UGH!) start at shool ! Had 2 drinks Sat night, not really proud of myself,still better than the normal 3 or 4 bottles. Just don't need social functions for a while it makes it hard!! Godda go....... Catch up Later!!
