Hooray, I'm so glad that May is finally here!

OK, its actually the start of Winter here but the end of April was awful for me and I have very high hopes for May!
Weight Loss Goals for May:
- Alcohol
- 30 Day Alcohol Free (it really helps!)
- 2 litres of water & herbal tea per day
Excercise - 2 Yoga Classes per week (Even though I'm scared of headstands)
- Half an hour gardening a day if its not raining (rainy season)
- Encorporate more walking (I don't have to DRIVE everywhere!)

- Hopefully around 6-8 pounds
Treat at End of Month to Reward Effort
- Indian head massage and facial - ooooh, I love those
