I had every intention of going home yesterday and throwing out a half bottle of wine, but made a decision to drink it instead. Today is a new day and I just want to get through it sober. Day 1 AF

Remember....We are all one drink away from day one. Dust yourself off, rid yourself of the guilt and look forward to a sober day. It is hard, but worth it. I have been where you are. That's really sweet researchqueen. Does he not drink? He's right though, it really does take ODAAT. I can't believe it's been 16 days since I last drank. I've hardly even noticed.

no LG he does drink but not as often or as much as me but he knows how I struggle and he is just super compassionate. I know he loves me in spite of myself lol... Like he says. My problem is not when I drink socially...its the alone boredom drinking...Comment
