I answered a thread earlier this week that offended someone and possibley many others. I'm sorry for my short mindiness. I quess along with curtailing my drinking I also have to stop my bar room humor. Again if I offended anyone......I'm sorry. IAD

Don't know the situation but unless someone directly said something-no sorries. I have come to learn that this is a diverse group & have taken (& given) many grains of salt.

IAD, we write with certain intentions and feelings and it isn't always read that way. I am sure it is fine, this situation your are speaking of. Sometimes I think my posts can be misread, and may possibly seem offending or curt. In all honesty, I think it is just us worrying too much about what we had written. We write with best intentions and that is what counts. Don't internalize it - if you meant to be funny, or whatever, then let it go and move on. No need to apologize unless it was downright nasty - which I doubt it was!!

I like the CD's that I got from MWO. The first thing that is said is don't try to analyse things. That makes sense to me. I can be a bit to the point at times and unknowingly offend. We have a choice as to how we take anything. I like the comment about the grain of salt.
