Got my book/tapes/supplements in the mail Friday. Spent yesterday reading and listening to the tapes. I'm going out today to the health food store to get the rest of the supplements. I want to start next weekend. Not sure on the topamax though, I'd like to try the program without that. There has been some success that way hasn't there? I'm on tamoxifen and don't want anything to interfere with that.

Sunshinegirl - yes there are plently of success stories without using the Topamax, myself included. I would encourage you to give it a try without (since that is your preference), and conisder it a fall back plan if needed.
