I've been reading every ones posts and it kind of makes me smile when I read K9's thread on rotating bottos shops so I'm not the only one who does this and other threads in newbies on self love or more importantly the lack of it. What is the key here that contributes to this insane roller coaster ? And how can I stop it?? I hope I find the answer soon as this life and way of living is insane. I beg for a new reality for myself.
