I'm sure you're both hotties already! Going AF will definitely kick up your hotness though Daya. The Shred is going good for me, I started Level 3 yesterday and am really feeling it. I've lost 7 lbs and 4.5 inches...all in 3 weeks! It ain't easy, but it's worth it....just like being AF! Good luck and let me know how you like "Shredding"!!

          WTF?

I hope to One2many, like you, I'm not really overweight, but look awful from the booze, I look like my 70 year old mother with a red wig on....

I was thinking about your junk food post, could you just add some fruit and vegetables to what you currently eat? Sort of just ease your taste buds into it.

              WTF?

Hiya Daya! (Like my rhyme? lol)

I'm glad you liked the Shred...I am on day 3 of level 3 and it's my favorite level so far. I am achy and sore in every muscle, which means it's working. There is one move that I have to substitute though, I just can't bounce off the floor like I have springs in my feet, so I just sort of jog in place while Jillian bounces off the ceiling. LOL I guess the main thing is to keep your heart rate up and feel like you are "about to die" as Jillian says. HA

I had to laugh out loud at your description of looking like your mother with a red wig on! Sometimes I think my 70 year old mother looks better than I do! I'm not hugely overweight either, just trying to get rid of this "muffin top" that hangs over my jeans!

Keep up your good work and let me know how it goes!

                WTF?

I have been lurking again for a while, too emabarssed to post since very publicly demonstrating my ignorance on this forum. I went three months AF last year but am now back were I was. Daya, your post is so, so important to me. It shows me that you can slip but still fight back. Today is Day 4 AF for me. I am full of a heavy cold which I picked up by being run down due to a combination of very hectic two weeks with countless hangovers. I haven't wanted to drink I have felt so sick so I am using this as a springboard. Keep fighting. You have made me want to fight again.

I like your rhyme, very funny

I took a break from the shred for a few days, have been back into it for 3 days, i cant do the jupm also (boobs too big so i sort of just hop up and down also.

I have been sweating like a maniac, and my god, my muscles kill me the next day. So yes, it must be doing something

                      WTF?

Ah Softy, I never thought i could inspire or motivate anyone to give up drinking...mainly as i feel like such a failue at it But if I have, I'm very very glad. One of the things I have noticed about this forum, is no one will beat you up when you slip, just ecourage. I left for a while, as i was too ashamed to post, but it really does help being here. Good luck, and big congrats on day 4!!!!!
