Hi There how r u both doing , noodle what u r saying about the book makes so much sense I am reading it & already it's making sense!! (sometimes common sense is what it's about a) .. I'm looking forward to the end of it.
Even with my 2 glass slip up earlier in week I have been positive , I'm sure at the moment with my other illness & being quite sick there it is helping not having the urge or craving to drink!!!.
You are both doing awesome & logging into this site is a huge help ..

Fantastic you two - we are doing great :l
Off out now to tidy up the veggie garden as we slide into winter. Got some sewing and a cosy DVD night planned, yay! Had a 12 hour sleep last night CRAZY!! Havn't slept for that long - well not coma induced...for God knows how long.
Will catch you later, stay strong, this is going to be the first weekend to becoming happier and healthier

I've got to second Kick The Drink Easily by Jason Vale. I think it holds your interest better than Carr's book. I recommend it constantly.

Thanks so much FlyAway - I've had it recommended too by K9, must check it out. I agree Carrs book is tedious in parts, but still heartily recommend it.

Hi all, I'll try that book after this one more I can read the more it helps right? :-) so far weekend gd .. I need a veggie garden to potter in ( not to gd in that fied) DVD night sounds a gd idea must go put some soup on .. Thought r with you all we can beat this weekend hands down xx
