My Drinking is getting out of Control

Hi topper.. Firstly massive congratulations. Secondly I wanted to comment to you as your situation is so v similar to my own. I'm 27 year old female from Australia and here it's quite a normal way of life and just the done thing. I however struggle to just have a few and leave it at that. Always have had that problem at 19 I decided I didn't like my lack of control of it so I stopped entirely for years. Two years ago I had a break up when my ex returned to Scotland and I didn't take it to well and started back up, as it's so commonly done to just take a friend out and get wasted to take their mind off it here. My problem is aside for short periods I never really stopped. Now it's completely changing how I feel about everything, and certainly damaging a few relationships not to mention my outlook on everything. I feel quite lost and I hate not having control over every aspect of my life. Your success have given me an extra little bit of determination to get back to where I need to be. So thanks
