    We are all Alcoholics, Drunks or Reformed here, so anything you need to know will be answered via personal opinions and experiances..

    Pretty useful stuff...

        Hi Jay, the fact that you are on here is a wonderful first step. The support and encouragement that you will find here is amazing! When you read the other posts you will realize that you are not alone and that helps tremendously! Good luck in your journey....mine just started...I am on day 2.

          Hi Jay and welcome!

          Glad you found us! You'll find so much encouragement and support, and above all, understanding...because most (if not all) of us have been where you are. It's a good feeling to realize you are not alone. Why don't you tell us a little about yourself and your drinking habits, that way we can help you better? I drank 12-14 beers per night...for at least a decade. Not good. It led me down roads I'd rather not remember! Please feel free to share anything, we're a pretty understanding group!
