    Wow Supercrew, you weren't kidding. Took the one this morning that I should have taken last night and BAM.

    First three made me slightly relaxed. Last one and wallop.

      Have something light (but significant) ready to eat and drink. My breakfast more of craving than choice:

      Pint of full fat milk
      Home made corned beef hash

      I would have more full fat milk if only I could face going to the shop.

        And if my experience is anything to go by, be prepared for going from completely sober feeling (these tablets are doing nothing) to completely smashed feeling.

          How are you getting on kdog? So far I'm not doing too bad, jittery at times and a bit emotional but I'm guessing thats a result of the Librium along with my body wondering what's happening to it.

            Flunch:

            Okay may I step in for a moment and ask How you are making your Home made Corn Beef Bash because even thought I despise Corn Beef (I have to leave the house if my husband cooks it) I love the canned stuff...

            But If you have a recipe that can make really good Corned Beef Hash
            than I am completely on board and not only can you remain Sober but you may save a marriage in the process...

            2 Mints in one baby!

              4 cooked spuds (diced)
              One can of corned beef (diced)
              One onion, sweated down in a pan with a drop of water (or butter if you prefer)
              Salt & pepper.

              Throw the lot into a big frying pan for about 5 minutes, use a spatula to turn it occasionally so you get the nice crispy bits.

              Add white bread smothered in butter and pig out.

              Hint: make lots, it reheats really well in the microwave.

                  Well I'm back, and just starting now going through detox number 2. Same recipe as before

                  The very fact that I'm back speaks volumes

                  Tomorrows recipes include corned beef hash and leak & potato soup. Although to be honest, any thing resembling food has to be a bonus.
