Day 4 AF and still can't eat!
I am going onto day 4 AF and the thought of food turns my stomach. I know I have to eat as during my 5 day binge I'm sure I ate very little. Don't remember. Someone told me orange juice would help replace the sugar my body is craving, but still doing alot of sweating. Can anyone suggest something.:new:Tags: None

Day 4 AF and still can't eat!
Congrats on 4 days AF! I am sorry you are feeling poor. Fruit smoothies helped keep my sugar levels from tanking and is packed with vitamins. Also, try a protein shake; your body needs nourishment, but that does not mean that you must eat a five course meal. Baby steps.Goal 1: Today
Goal 2: Tomorrow

Day 4 AF and still can't eat!
Hi Porqoui,
A big pot of real chicken and vegetable soup does wonders. Cooking it gives you something to do as well. Been there, done that.
Take care.make the least of the worst, and the most of the best - everyday.

Day 4 AF and still can't eat!
I think many of us have gone thru this. I still struggle with eating properly, but am doing better. The first week I could only eat yogurt, soup, crackers & sometimes bananas. I did drink lots of water. Hope you feel better soon! A big congrats on day 4! That is awesome.

Day 4 AF and still can't eat!
porqoui,
Have a :l to start with and a :goodjob: on 4 days AF.
I can't remember what the devil I ate my first week AF, but I do remember drinking water by the gallon.
I was thinking if you could perhaps make a couple of sandwiches, cut them into small pieces and just try and eat one or two little bits now and then, rather than be faced with a great plateful.
Cut some fruit up and just take a wee bite now and then as well.
Treat yourself as if you've just had a bad dose of flu, little and often. This will pass.It could be worse, I could be filing.
AF since 7/7/2009

Day 4 AF and still can't eat!
porqoui, congrats on your AF days!
I would suggest as soon as you are able to stomach regular food, try a good multivitamin, one with lots of B vitamins.
Hope you are feeling much better real soon.AF since 6JUN2012
