I am in the uk and ordered my starter pack from the website over 2 weeks does anyone know how long it usually takes to get to the uk?

I ordered the starter pack when I first joined, and after several weeks of waiting, I had to contact them to let them know I never received the package. They sent a new package and it arrived within a few days. I live in the U.S. so it may take a bit longer to the U.K., but it wouldn't hurt to have them track it though.

Thanks for your reply they don't seem to have my account details and have tried to call them to no avail ;0( they have had my money... Feeling about stressed!

If you could send an e-mail to helpdesk@capalo.com someone can research where your package is. We will need your name and/or order number. International orders typically take 10-14 business days to arrive so it could be there shortly but do send an e-mail to us and we will get to the bottom of it.
