hi,

im after some help on the matter in the subject line topamax,
what i want to know whats is it used for and will it help
cut back on the craving of the alcohol,
and also where is it bought online,

im trying to get my drinking problem sorted thats been going on for a few years now
and im going to need help getting this sorted,
also what other stuff is there to take to help sort it out
ie the trouble sleeping with-out the effects of drinking

ive had a look online here in the shop, but i really dont know where to start tbh,
and looking for advice on the matter.

ive tried to talk to my local gp and he refered me a local counciling group

Hi Scooby,

Topa is prescribed offlabel to help cut down on alcohol cravings. If you can download the book it will explain much better! I have been on it for only ten days now -- with all the supplements also described in the book, exercise and using the CDs as well and have experienced MUCH less in terms of cravings. Have been alcohol free for 17 days so far. Was drinking one to two bottles of wine per day for two years. Could not stop on my own. I have had difficulty sleeping and still do to some extent but now can sleep for about 6 hours straight -- light sleep but at least some sleep. One person's experience. Read the posts. Lots of experience with topa out there. My doc prescribed for me.

I have not had to take it yet, I have used all parts of the program but Topa.
I am sure others will pitch in who have direct experience on it.

You can also go to the bottom the page to forum jump and go to the one on topa, you will find a lot of info there.

rocky: can i ask you what types of stuff are you using other then the topa
or im i best buying a whole package deal and going from there with it all,
all i want is the craving to go, and to have a good sleep with-out the worrys if il wake up alive,
i can do all day without having a drink just seam to need a load before bed time,
its doing my box in it really is

I am taking most of the sups mentioned in the book.

I believe the B50's help calm you down and take them in the evening. Drink a lot of water.
Most likely it is best to do the complete program... But to get started just go with the sups, they help you handle the withdraw and heal your body...

Hi Scooby and Welcome:
I have been on Topa for about 10 days and have just started to feel a bit less in the cravings department. I am not stopping my drinking but have managed to decrease some and that is my first step. Topa has actually made me tired and I am sleeping MORE. Taking naps on weekends when I can, etc. I hear people are having good results with Kudzu to help decrease cravings too. You will read about it in the book and can get it from the health store here on the website. Hang in there! We are all here for you!

hi there scoobs... agree with all that's said above. read the book and read everything you can on this site. it seems really confusing at first but you'll work it out very quickly.

Just curious, how long ago did you place your order with Aclepsa.com? I placed my order on 2/15 and am still waiting. I probably should have ordered more. The order was for 200 x 50mg- I didn't what would be the most convenient mg, so just took a guess.
