I woke up today tired. Because I stayed up late goofing off - not drunk - goofing off sober. I didn't remove posts I made at 1 am. I didn't panic attack at 3 am.

I woke up tired today because I goofed off. And the world and friendships didn't come to an end.

I wont drink today because I want to set a good example to my beautiful daughters and I dont want to wake up disappointed in myself that once again I drank a whole bottle of wine.

I want that coveted 30 day hat!!! More importantly, I need to be responsible for my daughter who needs me not only in this world but present in this world. If you remember, she was the catalyst that put me on a determined road to end this madness. Yesterday, she reminded me that she hoped I would remain AF because she could not bare to lose me. She just went to a funeral and had to watch another daughter cry over the loss of her mother. Within 30 days, a text message that slammed me good and now this. Time to be accountable to reality.
