      I won't drink today because it's Day 14. And now it's head games.

      And I'll be damned if I let the lizard beat me in my own head.
      That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
      Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

                    because I am brainwashed. I don't like it anymore. And also, I would have to start all over again and I hate failure!!! And, because I am reading as many posts as possible and taking your desire to be AF and adopting it as part of my own desire.....strength in numbers!!! (in terms of days AF and people doing it with me!!!)

                            K9Lover, Congrates on 9 days nicotine free. That is awsome! It does get easier. I quit 25 yrs ago. You will be amazed at how good u will feel without the cigs.:goodjob::goodjob:

                              I wont drink today, because I don't want to spoil the feeling of having 11 weeks sobriety. Yes well done K9, I have never smoked but know plenty of people who have really struggled to give it up.
