I'm broke. Tomorrow is payday. I could't drink today even if I wanted to...which I don't!

Because I'm day 24 and I don't want to have a day 1. I didn't realize that having any drinks again caused your brain to start from scratch on your time in PAWS until I did reading on PAWS last night. That hardened my resolve. I won't drink today because I don't want to restart the PAWS clock because PAWS sucks.

I haven't drunk tonight though I was in a pub with one of my friend because it broke down my memory concentration badly.I was like a tape-recorder when I was at my 16-22 age.

because tomorrow at 7:30 am I have yoga class called "hotbox detox" (seriously, it is 102 degrees F and the yoga is INTENSE) and then a women's AA meeting, and then I go to the farmers market for fresh food and then I go home and eat that fresh food for lunch....it is my FAVORITE time of the week so if I drink tonight, I will miss all of it!!! (I mean, really, imagine doing intense yoga in a 102 degree room hungover!!!! that would be a scary sight)

..I just worked out I've spent about $30,000 in the last ten years on alcohol. I've never even known what a quarter of that looks like in my bank account!

Because my daughter is coming over to spend some time with me tonight, last week we had a nice talk because I was sober and she told me she enjoyed our conversation, for the first time. That is why I won't drink tonight.

It's day 24, and I want my thirty day hat!!! Does it come in a variety of colors? I'm feeling better today since adding back in my GABA helpers and since I'm not getting smashed, I want to look smashing.

Research involving GABA is really good stuff and definitely onto helpful methods of dealing with mood swings.

Because I have tried to solve the problems keeping friendship with ALCOHOL for a two decade just became tired and living with life threatening problems ....
