      2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

      Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

      2013 : So many ups and down !!

      2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

          I'll add to Jennie's - I've lost 14 lbs since I quit - 14 lbs of lost wine in 26 days. I don't want to find it again. I bought 4 new paris of pants in a size down yesterday. It felt great. An unintended positive...
          That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
          Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

              Because no matter how difficult other things that I depended on have become - the flip side is I'm depending on myself. And I need to be able to depend on someone. It may as well be me.

                  Yes, PF, we are rockin it. lol Although, yesterday was a close call for me. Phew! I reached for MY strength though and made it through.

                    Slip on the weekend but tried too moderate!
                    AF - Sept 24, 2012 (get back on the headaches not worth it)
                    Slippery slope Oct 1 ..... Trying to not give up!

                              Alcohol doesn't serve me, it takes away from me. In the words of 'Chief', the character from One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest:

                                Because i just did my first day AF yesterday... lordy only knows how long my last one was... and it would be nice to know that i can double that when i wake up tomorrow morning. Refreshed.
