      i wont drink today because, simply, there's no point... Have a long day at work, probably not getting home till after 10pm, then have to be up to go to Uni in the morn.

      Get pished after 10pm to wake like death warmed up and head to a lecture? No thanks.

        Because I love to have clarity in my thinking.

        And I want to be clear minded with my children. I want to be in their lives for a long time to come - sober.

            Because I'm emotionally exhausted from yesterday. I don't need to add to my fun today.
            That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
            Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

              Life is better not drinking. I'm dependable and capable without AL and like myself this way. AL doesn't fit into my new life.

                    Yes, again I don't do this hell because I am in a divided rows where there are only two ways either I can chose a hell or heaven.

                    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

                    2013 : So many ups and down !!

                    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

                          Slip on the weekend but tried too moderate!
                          AF - Sept 24, 2012 (get back on the headaches not worth it)
                          Slippery slope Oct 1 ..... Trying to not give up!

                            I won't drink today because I won't. Before after a day like today...I'd be trying to figure out if I could sneak up the street unnoticed and managed to knock some back after the kids were asleep.

                            I won't. I'm going to tuck us all into bed. We are all going to get a good nights sleep. And tomorrow will look like a better day.
